Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Amicus Concepts LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Grade ("Grade", "we", "us"). By using this website or our services, you agree to them. They take effect on October 28, 2026.

What we do

Grade scans websites, grades them against the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard, fixes the problems in the site's code, and monitors the site to keep it at that standard. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. For legal advice, talk to a lawyer.

What we deliver

We bring your site up to WCAG 2.2 AA, which covers the WCAG 2.1 AA standard named in the federal Section 504 and ADA Title II rules and used in ADA lawsuit settlements. We keep it there with ongoing monitoring and fixes, and we keep dated records of the work. The final decision on any legal claim belongs to courts and regulators.

Free scans

Our free scan is automated and checks your site's public pages. Automated tools cannot catch every accessibility problem, so a free grade is a starting point, not a full review.

Paid services

Paid services are covered by the order or agreement you accept when you buy. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

Your responsibilities

Only submit websites you own or are allowed to have scanned and changed. Give us accurate information, and don't use our site or services for anything unlawful.

Text messages

Grade, a brand of Amicus Concepts LLC, sends text messages only to people who give us their mobile number and agree to receive them. We text replies to your questions, consultation confirmations and reminders, and notices that your report is ready.

• Message frequency varies with your requests and bookings.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (833) 219-0008.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our content

The text, graphics, and code on this website belong to Grade or our licensors. You may quote short passages with credit to us.

Limits on our liability

This website and its information are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Grade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For paid services, our liability is set by the agreement you accepted when you bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
