Privacy policy

Last reviewed October 28, 2026

Who we are

Grade is a brand of Amicus Concepts LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Grade", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to https://gradedsite.com and to the services we provide. It takes effect on October 28, 2026.

What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email, mobile number, business name, website address, and your answers to our questions.
  • Scan results: the website address you submit and what our scan finds on its public pages.
  • Booking details when you schedule a call, and the messages you send us by email, text, or our forms.
  • Basic technical information our hosting provider records to keep the site running and secure, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

  • To scan, grade, fix, and monitor your website.
  • To reply to you and schedule and run your calls.
  • To send the emails and texts you asked for.
  • To email you about your results and our services. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep our site and services secure and working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run Grade (website hosting, our customer database and email and text messaging system, our scanning tools, and payment processing), and only so they can do that work for us. We also share information when the law requires it. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared; see Text messages below.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from Grade, we use it only to send the messages you agreed to: replies to your questions, consultation confirmations and reminders, and notices that your report is ready.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our terms for the full text message terms.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not allow other companies to track what you do here over time or across other websites. The booking calendar on our consultation page is run by our scheduling provider and may set the cookies it needs to work. If this changes, we will update this policy first. See our cookie notice.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for it, so our site does not respond to it. Since we do not track you across websites, the result is the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it: to provide your service, to keep your report link working, to stay in touch if you want us to, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting rules. When we no longer need it, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: call (833) 219-0008 or send us a message. We confirm it is you and respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP. If your state gives you more privacy rights, we honor them.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we also put a notice on our site, and we email current clients.
