Accessibility statement

Our commitment
Grade maintains WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance across this website. We sell accessibility, and we hold our own site to the standard we sell.
Testing methodology
We check this site with the same inspection our scanner runs, at phone, tablet and desktop widths and at 200% zoom. We also test keyboard-only navigation across the main flows.
Adjust how this site looks
This site follows your device's own settings. If you turn on reduced motion, increased contrast or a high contrast theme, our pages change with it. Your settings also work on every other site you visit, so there is nothing extra to install here.
- · iPhone and iPad: Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text Size for larger text and Increase Contrast. Settings, Accessibility, VoiceOver for the screen reader.
- · Android: Settings, Accessibility, Display size and text for font size and high contrast text. Settings, Accessibility, TalkBack for the screen reader. Names vary a little by phone maker.
- · Mac: press Command and plus to zoom the page. System Settings, Accessibility, Display for Increase contrast. Command and F5 turns VoiceOver on and off.
- · Windows: press Control and plus to zoom the page. Settings, Accessibility, Text size and Contrast themes. Windows key, Control and Enter turns Narrator on and off.
Known limitations
We disclose the following known limitations honestly rather than represent the site as perfect:
- · The scan progress screen updates as each page is checked. Screen readers announce those updates with a short delay. The full report appears once your grade is ready.
- · Third-party calendar embeds (on the consultation page) are provided by our scheduling vendor. We validate accessibility at integration time but cannot control vendor-side changes.
How to report an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please call us at (833) 219-0008 or send us a message. We respond within 48 hours and track every issue until it is fixed.
